Passive house Veere

In the historic town of Veere, a fisherman's cottage of almost a hundred years old has been demolished to be rebuilt. However, as a passive house: a house that is focused on the future and built according to the most modern energy-saving technologies.

Issue

The realization of a passive house within the historic architectural context. In some rooms it was not possible to install windows due to visibility over the neighbouring properties. Another possibility was therefore sought for daylight entry.

Solution
